3. Chicken Stir Fry

Take salted water in a medium pot and bring it to boil. Now, add cauliflower, carrot and sugar snaps. Let these vegetables cook for a minute and strain them. The next step is to rinse these vegetables with cold water and keep them aside. Take red pepper flakes, honey, cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce and whisk them together. Heat sesame oil on a large skillet and add both ginger and garlic. Cook them for a minute. Add mushrooms and cook for three minutes. Add blanched carrot, cauliflower, sugar snaps in addition to chilli pepper, red bell pepper. Pour soy sauce over vegetables and chicken. Mix them well. Add scallions once all elements cooked well. Cook it for one minute.
