6. Fried Brown Rice with Edamame

Take a big heavy-bottomed skillet and heat vegetable oil in it over high heat. Now, you have to add brown rice which is already cooked into the skillet. Cook it for about 1 minute and mix 2 large eggs into brown rice. You want to boil it for 30 seconds. Add 2 cups of coleslaw mix, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 cup of frozen edamame. Further, you have to add 2 tablespoon of chilli-garlic sauce into it. Cook until eggs are cooked for 2 minutes and edamame are heated from side to side. Serve brown rice topped with ¼ cup of chopped peanuts and ¼ cup of cilantro leaves.
