7. Tartine with Blackberry Thyme Salad

Stir crushed fresh blackberries, 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves in a medium bowl. After that, you have to add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of kosher salt into the bowl. You have to stir the added ingredients in the bowl to blend it well. Now, you want to split sourdough baguette as per length and cut into four different pieces. Spread ½ tablespoon of butter on each sourdough baguette and top it with half of the blackberry salad.
