8. Broccoli & Feta Omelette with Toast

Take a non-stick skillet and heat it over medium heat. After that, you have to coat the skillet with cooking spray. Now, you want to add 1 cup of chopped broccoli into the pan and leave it to cook for 3 minutes. In a small bowl, you have to mix the beaten egg and ¼ tablespoon of dried dill. After that, you want to add 2 tablespoon of feta cheese that are crumbled into the small bowl. Now, you have to add the egg mixture into the saucepan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip the omelette and boil it for 2 minutes and take 2 slices of toasted bread and serve it with.
