9. Double Jump
If you know how to do squats properly, then you can enhance this exercise further by double jump and maximize the pace of reducing unhealthy weight within a short period. The first step to do this exercise is to lower into a deep yet a usual squat. You have to rise up similar to jumping. On the other hand, you have to land in the position lunge by keeping your right leg back. Once you have done it, you can use momentum and jump from this lunge position towards the squat position. You have to hold this position for 30 to 45 seconds and alternate legs.
