But the truth is that the biggest asset for a person in this life is health. When you see sick people, people suffering from different diseases and people suffering from one or more diseases you will understand how blessed who are healthy. Health is wealth which is n universal truth which is of no doubt. Without health we can’t live in peace even though we have all the things that we think as reasons of peace. People who don’t have money think that they can be peaceful if we have sufficient money but the truth is even the people with sufficient money and surplus money are not peaceful as they have sickness in the body or their loved ones may be suffering from sickness.

The primary source of health is food and our well behavior. If we underestimate the food we eat then we have to suffer a lot with sickness and other health issues. There are many people who are struggling for health but could not get it on the whole as they lost it already. The reason is they dint have proper healthy eating tips, they ate junk foods and also they miss their food time. Doctors advise us a lot to take food properly but we are ignorant of that. We think that we are busy with our schedules which capture our time due to which we are not able to take food properly but actually it is a great problem that brings sickness and health issues all of a sudden.

We should know and understand that our body is designed in a way such that it needs daily care so that it can function without problem. The time we take the food is very important because every organs of our body has time to work. Like heart, liver, kidney, glands and other organs, every organs functions in appropriate time. The organs are always punctual but it needs energy to function if we miss the food either in morning, afternoon or night then the organ will suffer from lack of energy which will affect us. This is the main reason that we get health problems.

The reason for diabetes is pancreas malfunction or it becomes weak to secrete insulin. Therefore we have to very careful in maintaining our body by having healthy eating tips, the health of our body through proper intake of food.
